As Vice President of Asset Services for the Raleigh-Durham office, Don is responsible for providing property owners and investors of major office assets with comprehensive leasing and marketing services. Don is responsible for all phases of property leasing and key tenant relationships within those assets.

In 2009, Don was involved in several of the Raleigh-Durham area’s largest lease transactions: James Scott Farrin Law Firm; McKinney Advertising Agency; Brooks Stevens & Pope Law Firm; Absolute Collections; Drug Safety Alliance; Camp Dresser McKee; McAngus Goudelock & Courie; Applied Research Associates.

Don has twenty-five years experience in the commercial real estate industry with an emphasis on the leasing and marketing of Class A office properties. He has been involved in several hundred transactions on behalf of institutional ownership entities.

Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Don spent ten years as Director of Leasing and Marketing for CMD Realty Investors’ Raleigh-Durham operations. As the chief local executive behind CMD’s marketing of Meridian Business Campus, Don was directly involved in the leasing and development of several hundred thousand square feet of premier Class A office space along the Interstate 40 corridor.
