As a key member of the Asset Services Team, John Brewer is responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships with tenants, property owners, and investors within the Triangle area of North Carolina. He provides key information for his clients through market research is directly involved in the leasing of their properties.
After graduating from Appalachian State University in North Carolina in 2001, John relocated to Tahoe City, California. As a store manager for Intrawest Retail Group, John managed all aspects of the daily operations and assisted with the opening and launch of two new stores in the Village at Squaw Valley. Upon leaving Intrawest Retail Group, John worked for Lake Tahoe Properties in their property management division before returning to Raleigh.
John has been with CB Richard Ellis for three years and has played an integral role in several substantial and important transactions. His growing list of clients includes some of the most respected institutional owners in the United States.
