As a key member of the Asset Services Team, John Brewer is responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships with tenants, property owners, and investors within the Triangle area of North Carolina. He provides key information for his clients through market research and is directly involved in the leasing and marketing of their properties.

John joined CB Richard Ellis in 2005 and has played an integral role in a number of substantial and important transactions exceeding 500,000 SF. His primary focus is on representing landlords of Class A office and flex properties throughout the Triangle. His growing list of clients includes some of the most respected institutional owners in the United States.
