Dorothy Chuang joined CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in 1999 and is currently a Vice President overseeing the company’s Greater China Desk in the New York Tri-State Metropolitan Area. She has exclusively served many of the leading US-based Chinese firms from California, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan in the New York Tri-State Metropolitan Area and nationally. She provides her clients with CB Richard Ellis’ comprehensive platform, breadth and depth of resources, and market She has consistently ranked among the top producers in CBRE’s New Jersey office since 2002. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked with SBWE for eight years, and has associate broker licenses in both the States of New York and New Jersey. Her professionalism is reflected in her integrity and dedication to her client’s success in aspects affecting their commercial real estate – office, hotel, industrial, retail, build-to-suit and development sites.

Ms. Chuang was born in Shanghai and immigrated to the US from Taiwan in 1979. She is fluent in English and in three major Chinese dialects: Mandarin, Shanghai and Cantonese. Her language skills and understanding of both Western and Chinese cultures make her a valuable asset to her clients.
