Mr. Buckley has over 23 years of New Jersey real estate experience, including ten years with two prominent New Jersey commercial office developers.  Prior to joining Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis) in 1998, he was Vice President of Marketing for SJP Properties, responsible for the successful marketing and leasing of a 2.5 million square foot, Class “A” office portfolio.  In 2002, Mr. Buckley was named Insignia/ESG’s top producer in New Jersey.

His responsibilities on behalf of owners has included planning and development coordination for master-planned commercial and residential projects, as well as affecting lease/sale transactions from initial inspection to occupancy/closing by orchestrating legal, architectural, construction and property management professionals.  Mr. Buckley is experienced in providing the detailed reporting that is required by most institutional investor-partners and corporate real estate directors. 

Another area of Mr. Buckley’s expertise is in market analysis for investment or sale purposes as well as in establishing the market-setting rents that were achieved by his portfolio of agency properties.

On the Tenant Representation side of the ledger, Mr. Buckley has executed major transactions on behalf of companies such as: AIG, Cisco, Cytec, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, NPS Pharmaceuticals, Schering-Plough, Towers Perrin and Virgin Mobile.
