William Waxman began his career in 1978 specializing in industrial sale and lease transactions in Northern New Jersey. Over the years, he has consistently been in the top echelon of industrial brokers across the country. His experience and work ethic, serving as an advocate and trusted advisor, are why companies across the country retain him and his team. Bill’s real estate expertise brings a selfless loyalty, strategic plan and efficiency to transactions rarely seen in today’s business climate. He has earned a reputation as one of the premier consultants/advisors throughout the country.

Bill’s penchant for hard work and tremendous insight into the strategic use of real estate are the added values Bill and his team bring to the table. His professionalism and deep understanding of his clients is highly regarded in the corporate world. The programs he has developed are used on a global basis by top real estate professionals.

Bill works with companies both large and small, including Macy’s, GM, Whole Foods, RREEF, and US Foodservice. During the past two years, Bill and his team finalized over $650,000,000 worth of transactions equaling about 9,000,000 square feet. In the past 5 years they were the number one industrial team in New Jersey and are continuing that trend in 2009.

He is co-leader of CB Richard Ellis’s prestigious Port Logistics Practice, part of the National Industrial Advisory Council, an integral part of the food facilities group, and works on projects across the country and the globe.

During the past five years, Bill was a CoStar Top 5 Power broker in New Jersey and CBRE’s number one industrial broker in Northern New Jersey. In 2007 he was a CoStar Top 5 Sales Power Broker and a Top 5 Leasing Power Broker, a distinction that wasn’t awarded to anyone else in the state. He has published numerous articles and speaks nationally and internationally, including in Europe, Canada, and Central America, on developing trends and his cutting edge programs related to industrial real estate strategies.
