Kevin Welsh has over 22 years of experience in the real estate business, which has included asset management, leasing and investment sales. These varied skills sets have served as the foundation for his career as an Investment Sales and Capital Markets Advisor for office, industrial, multi-family and new development. He is currently a member of the New York Institutional Group led by Jeff Dunne, which has consistently achieved annual sales on average in excess of $2 billion over the last four years. As Senior Vice President, Kevin is responsible for the New Jersey operation, which has completed approximating $2 billion of investment sales for office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties, over the last 36 months.
