Pittston dba Brinks
The Challenge

Brinks had identified a need for approximately 20,000 SF for a secure facility to house their armored car operations in Albuquerque.  The space had to be easily accessible to all parts of Albuquerque and meet Brinks' stringent security requirements.

The Solution

The Bank of Albuquerque Service Center had 30,000 SF available in their existing service center that was not being used.  The  Bank of Albuquerque Service Center enjoyed a heightened security level based on the nature of the operations at the site.  Brinks was impressed by not only the location but the access and level of the existing security in place.  The leases were electronically transmitted across the country several times and the parties were able to successfully negotiate a ten-year lease at the facility.  The Bank of Albuquerque secured a quality long-term tenant.  Brinks satisfied their location requirements at a secure facility with the proper zoning and very specific construction requirements based on their highly specialized use.
