As a senior member of the CBRE New Mexico Multi-Housing Team, Ms. Monette has been involved in the marketing of over 7,000 units valuing over $550 million dollars. Ms. Monette is involved in all phases of the Team’s operations, including marketing, sales, client relations and transaction management. Her close oversight of buyer due diligence and escrow activities has ensured that the Team enjoys an exemplary record of closing transactions once under contract. She also manages the production of offering memoranda and Team collateral materials. Her background in the Albuquerque residential housing market has been invaluable to the Team and its clients. Ms. Monette is a native New Mexican.
Prior to Ms. Monette’s position with CBRE she was a senior associate with Cauwels & Stuve Realty and Development Advisors. She has been in the real estate industry since 1994 specializing in new home construction with extensive experience in lending, sales, marketing and escrow management. Previous to 1994, Ms. Monette was employed with the Public Service Company of New Mexico (Gas & Electric Utility Provider) for 12 years.
