Career Summary Mr. Eagle is Senior Vice President, Investment Properties, Multi-Housing Group, CB Richard Ellis, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and leads the CBRE New Mexico multi-housing brokerage team. Since 2006, he has sold more than $500 million in apartment properties, primarily in New Mexico. He is currently a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico, California and Texas.
Experience Mr. Eagle is Senior Vice President, Mr. Eagle has more than 30 years experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries, including 12 years as Senior Vice President with a GE Capital real estate subsidiary. He has also served as a senior officer with Shearson Lehman Mortgage and Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company. From 1990 to 1997, he was President of InterCap Group, Inc., a private real estate brokerage and consulting firm, and personally valued for purchase nearly $500 million in nationwide RTC and FDIC real estate portfolios, single assets and loans.
Between 1993 and 1997, Mr. Eagle also provided consulting and acquisition services to an institutional investor purchasing multifamily and multi-tenant industrial property in seven Western states. Acquisition services included sourcing, asset valuation, contract negotiations, due diligence, development of initial operating budgets, and selection of third-party management firms. Consulting services included portfolio planning, market analysis, preparation of asset business plans, development of asset exit strategies, and ongoing asset management and property management assistance.
