Jim Chynoweth has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage business. In 2004, Mr. Chynoweth was appointed managing director for the Albuquerque CB Richard Ellis office.

Under Mr. Chynoweth’s direction, the office has experienced unprecedented growth with successive record years in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He has consecutively made the New Mexico Business Weekly Power Broker list every year since 2004, and was awarded the Commercial Association of Realtors – New Mexico (CARNM) “Realtor of the Year”.  As a respected leader, Mr. Chynoweth is active in the community and has served on numerous boards and committees including his role as CARNM President.  

Mr. Chynoweth is recognized as the foremost industrial broker in New Mexico. He holds SIOR and CCIM designations, and has been involved in the majority of Albuquerque’s significant industrial transactions over the last decade.
