Daniel B. Newman, first vice president, has been involved in real estate and development since 1976.  Dan is a New Mexico Licensed Real Estate Broker, and was a Registered Architect in the State of New Mexico from 1978 through 2006. 

His accomplishments in commercial real estate include corporate tenant representation, leasing, brokerage, property management, and development.
 
Dan’s primary foci are sales and leases for office and healthcare users.  Due to his many years as a practicing architect, Dan brings a comprehensive understanding of buildings and the development process to all of the transactions he is involved in.
