Touring the Property
If you’re coming from outside of Belize, please contact seller’s broker before touring the property. We recently traveled to Belize and recommend the following:
By Air
The best way to see the entire piece is by the air. From the air you can see the piece as a whole and can get low enough to see the vegetation and landscape. You can charter a flight from the municipal airstrip at almost any time of day and can expect to pay $150-$200 USD for an hour flight. The property is easily identified by Nova Shrimp farm, which is just South of the property.
- Tropic Air # 224-5671
- Javier Air # 223-5360
By Sea
You can also go by boat and drive right up to the coastline of the property. This will give you an eye level view of the entire 1.5 miles of coastline. Fishing charters will make the trip from Belize City. If you actually want to walk the land going by boat is recommended.
By Road
Going by road is the most difficult. The public roads going north of the property will not take you directly to the land and are difficult to travel. Belize’s “Northern Highway” runs to the west of the property. You can take this road north from Belize City or Goldson airport, the roads accessing the Nova Shrimp farm lead to the property but the shrimp farm is private property and you will need their permission.
