John Knott is an Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis. Mr. Knott joined CB Richard Ellis as Managing Director in 1999. He brings more than 23 years of real estate experience to CB Richard Ellis having worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions in various sectors. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Knott worked for 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield in West Los Angeles and 5 years with Sullivan & Knott, Inc., a Las Vegas based company he founded in 1994.
As Managing Director, John Knott was responsible for creating the Global Gaming Group and became a group leader in January 2003. From 1999 through the end of 2002, he was responsible for managing the company's Las Vegas office, which was staffed with 22 real estate professionals and 75 total employees. In this role, he was responsible for new business development and client relations for brokerage, investment, apartment, acreage, and property management. His new responsibilities are to help lead the Global Gaming Group to a market leading position worldwide. Achievements
