Professional Experience Patricia Nooney was appointed Managing Director of the Las Vegas office in August 2008, where she has executive oversight of all service lines. Prior to her current role, Ms. Nooney had been Managing Director of the St. Louis office since January 2006. In 2008, Ms. Nooney was also appointed Managing Director/Liaison to the Company's 20 Affiliate Offices throughout the Americas. These Affiliate Offices generate $132,000,000 in annual revenues and offer the entire platform of CBRE services to their clients.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Ms. Nooney was the Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Senior Vice President – Asset Management for American Spectrum Realty headquartered in Houston, TX. From 1997- 2001, she was President of the St. Louis office of Coldwell Banker Commercial American Spectrum; and from 1981-1997, she was with Nooney Krombach Company, et al. Her career began as an Auditor with Touche Ross & Company (aka Deloitte Touche) in Miami, FL from 1978-1981.
