Jeffrey Sperry is Managing Partner of CB Richard Ellis/Albany, a CB Richard Ellis affiliate firm.  He practices a multidisciplined real estate strategy for his clients providing brokerage and consulting services for corporate and public clients in the Capital Region.  Over the past 23 years, he has assisted many clients on occupancy planning, acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit, and leasing assignments of over two million square feet in the last three years.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis/Albany, Jeff Sperry was president of a trucking and public warehouse company in the Capital Region.  Also, he was involved in the development of multi-family and industrial properties.  In 1978, the company was sold and Jeff became involved in the real estate brokerage industry.
