Founded in 1963, Brause Realty, Inc. specializes in the development and management of commercial real estate assets.  Three generations of the Brause family run the day-to day operations from their Manhattan office.  In addition to other holdings, the Brause portfolio includes 1.2 million square feet in 16 office and loft buildings in Manhattan and over 1.4 million square feet of office and retail complexes within New York State, New Jersey, Maryland and Florida. 

 

Brause Realty has completed numerous development projects including the 200,000 square foot office/retail/residential complex at Congress Park Centre in Saratoga Springs, New York, the 700,000 square foot Met Life Plaza project in Long Island City, the 144 unit, luxury rental apartments on East 57th Street in Manhattan, NY, the 105,000 square foot West Hollywood Shopping Plaza in West Hollywood, FL, the 75,000 square foot redevelopment of the South Utica Shopping Plaza in Utica, NY, and the 15,000 square foot Bolton Landing Retail Center in Bolton Landing.

 

Three Congress Park Centre received the 2004 Outstanding Planning Award:  Planning Implementation, as determined by the Upstate NY American Planning Association.  The project also was given the 2002 Special Recognition Award by the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation for Contextually Appropriate New Construction.

 

Brause Realty is prepared to move forward with the pre-approved build to suit Class A office/retail building at Five Congress Park Centre in Saratoga Springs, New York.
