Steve Blake of CBRE|Buffalo was selected as the exclusive broker representative  for Milton CAT industrial facility. Due to the subject property’s unique location and use as a heavy equipment repair facility it was recommended by CBRE that the marketing of the property be implemented based upon a bid process with a set date for offer submittals. Multiple bids were obtained on the bid deadline date and further negotiations were conducted with selected parties resulting in the acceptance of a Purchase and Sale Contract which exceeded the Seller’s expectations. 
 

In April 2006, Astellas Pharma Manufacturing, Inc. (Astellas) decided to shift production of Protopic ointment from its 150,500 sq. ft. pharmaceutical
manufacturing facility in Grand Island, a suburb of Buffalo, New York, to its
plant in Toyama, Japan. CBRE|Buffalo Vice President Steve Blake served
as local market expert.

Steve Blake  was retained to sell Midway Amusement Park, a 42 acre park on the shores of Chautauqua Lake that is the 16th oldest continually operating amusement park in the United States

Jeff LiPuma and Shana Stegner  were chosen as the exclusive tenant  representatives for HealthNow New York/BlueCross BlueShield in the approximately 1 million square foot Corporate Headquarter relocation project; the largest Downtown Buffalo development in over 25 years.

Steve Blake was retained to sell 34 acres of land located next to a remediated brownfield.  CBRE|Buffalo was able to work around the many challenges that arose, ultimately completing a successful sale.
