The Buffalo Niagara region is located within 500 miles of 55% of the U.S. population and 62% of the Canadian population. As an international trade center, the region is involved in 38% of the total trade conducted between the U.S. and Canada. With a population of approximately two million people, the Buffalo Niagara region has a highly productive workforce of more than 750,000. In addition, the 29 colleges and universities in the area provide a great resource of entry level workers.

The Buffalo Niagara housing market has been consistently recognized nationally as evidenced by MSN Real Estate naming Buffalo one of the 15 Standout Metro Areas in 2009.  Additionally in 2009, Forbes named Buffalo one of America's 25 Strongest Housing Markets.

The Buffalo Niagara region is a great place to live with four distinct seasons and cultural resources comparable to that of a larger city. In fact, Buffalo's Theatre District boasts more live stages, except for Broadway, than anywhere else in the region. With a region so rich in the arts it should come as no surprise that Buffalo was featured as a 2009 MSN Art Getaway selection. Art lovers will feel at home at the Albright-Knox Gallery or at the
newly constructed Burchfield Penney Art Center.

Additionally, Buffalo has been ranked 3rd in Reader's Digest  'America's Cleanest Cities'; named 'A Good Place to Ride Out the Recession' by BusinessWeek in 2008; highlighted in The New York Times for architecture in 2008 and has just been named one of the 2009 Dozen Distinctive Destinations by the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

The Buffalo Niagara region is also a major entertainment and sports center, not to mention being home to natural wonder, Niagara Falls, helping to make Niagara Falls one of Forbes Traveler's Top Most Visited Tourist Attractions.
