Shana has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate. She joined CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo (CBRE|Buffalo) in 2002 and is now the Director of Office Sales and Leasing. Prior to CBRE|Buffalo she was a Commercial Leasing Agent and Property Manager with Braden Fellman Group, Ltd. in Atlanta, Georgia for four years.
The experience that Shana gained while in metropolitan Atlanta lends itself well to her concentration in office sales and leasing at CBRE|Buffalo. Shana handles both landlord and tenant representation assignments. She focuses on teaming with other members of the office division to be certain that her clients’ needs are fully met. Shana was an integral part in the 1,000,000 SF LEED certified HealthNow BlueCross BlueShield headquarters, where over 125 sites were considered. The building is now home to over 1400 employees in Buffalo’s Central Business District.
