Brookhaven Technology Center is situated at the Southeast Corner of William Floyd Parkway and the Long Island Expressway at Exit 68. The property is 45 miles from New York City, 10 miles from Islip MacArthur Airport and 10 miles from the Hauppauge Industrial Park, one of the largest business parks in the United States with over 1300 companies employing 55,000 people. Brookhaven National Laboratory, a 3000 employee research laboratory operated by the US Government of Energy is 1 mile from the site.

Originally 245 acres, the Center has successfully developed 179 acres for a diverse mix of companies. Now 66.5 acres remain ready for development with over 2500 lineal feet fronting the LIE. Current companies in the Center include Wally’s Famous Amos Cookies, Rockwell Automation, Fedex, Biodex, Medical Systems, Luitpold Pharmaceutical and Global Crossings.

L-1 Town of Brookhaven, suitable for office, warehouse and light manufacturing.  Can be developed with up to 883,500 sq. ft. of building coverage.
