Investment Sales:
Long Island Business and Technology Center
Bruce Nelson of the Long Island Private Client Group collaborated with Jeff Dunne and his Tri-State Institutional Investment Team to sell this 365,000 square foot technology campus (LIBTC). CBRE professionals undertook a detailed market study and underwrote the investment considering a repositioning of the property as an alternative office location for economically conscious tenants seeking a convenient location.
K & K Industrial Industrial Portfolio
CB Richard Ellis undertook this disposition assignment on behalf of Korn & Katz, LLC (Connecticut) who were exiting the Long Island market. A sale of the portfolio would only be possible if both a satisfactory return were achieved and if the potential purchaser was willing to assume the existing mortgage.
Smithtown Portfolio

The
Town of Brookhaven
administrative functions were dispersed throughout eight buildings. CB Richard Ellis represented the Town in the acquisition of a 221,000 RSF office building for a new Town Hall, consolidated operations into one modernized facility and the disposition of old eight building complex.
