Mr. Yarbro joined CB Richard Ellis in 1987. As a Senior Vice President in the New York office, he is responsible for representation of tenants in the relocation, disposition and marketing of office space throughout New York City, primarily within the Midtown South, Penn Station, Grand Central and Downtown Manhattan areas.

Mr. Yarbro's activity has been considerable and diverse.  He has represented a mix of established well-known corporations which have real estate departments and site acquisition processes in place such as Eastman Kodak and General Motors; to smaller well-established, sometimes out of town companies, which require a much larger need of education about the market, development of process, etc., such as Edwards Kelecy Engineers, The Bisys Group and Knight Ridder Information.

Mr. Yarbro's assignments have included the development of a strategic plan which included the selection of the professionals for developing a space program, architectural, construction management, project management, reviewing bids for construction, and monitoring the overall construction process through completion and move-in.

Most recently Mr. Yarbro's activities have included working with Developers for large scale mixed-use projects marshalling the multitude of CBRE's services for  sourcing equity capital, co-developers, pre-development site and project analysis, debt placement, pre-leasing, refinancing and eventually disposition.

Mr. Yarbro has received the CB Commercial Client Service Award, two out of the last three years in the New York office.  Prior to joining CB Commercial, Mr. Yarbro worked directly out of college as an Account Auditor for Merrill Lynch's Mutual Fund department prior to qualifying to enter the brokerage services training program.
