Katherine Mahon is the Operations Manager for CBRE’s New York Tri-State Region Retail Services Group.
Ms. Mahon’s responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day retail operations of CBRE’s seven retail locations throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. She also manages the region’s retail brokerage associates and support staff—a team of more than 20 retail professionals.
Ms. Mahon is responsible for implementing company policies and regulations among the retail team, as well as managing associate training and long-term development plans.
In addition to these tasks, she also oversees the department’s Retail Research and Marketing groups, managing the local advertising budget and coordinating sponsorship opportunities for key retail events.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Mahon served as a Senior Retail Research Analyst at CBRE, and also held positions in the firm’s Legal Department.
