Michael Kadosh is a Vice President in the New York Tri-State Retail Services group with CBRE. Mr. Kadosh is a retail specialist focused on both landlord and tenant representation. His systematic approach to every assignment, fierce determination and extensive market knowledge coupled with CBRE’s global platform allows him to successfully partner his brand with his client’s brand to form a perfect synergy. Over his career, Michael has assisted notable retail clients such as: Volkswagen Group of America, H&M, Eataly, Chrysler and XSport Fitness to name a few.

In 2009, Michael Kadosh was a prominent contributor in the retail industry’s two largest transactions, (One for Eataly and the other Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.) On behalf of Eataly (Mario Batali), a retail center for Italian delicacies and wine, Mr. Kadosh leased 44,500 square feet at L&L Holding Company’s 200 Fifth Avenue property. While representing Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., Mr. Kadosh secured an $84 million acquisition of the Potamkin General Motors building at 798 11th Avenue. The 265,000 square foot building will serve as the flagship location for Audi & Volkswagen.

With respect to landlord representation, Mr. Kadosh has been part of multiple transactions including the leasing of 12,000 square feet at 64 West 48th Street to City Sports on behalf of Muss Development, the leasing of 3,500 square feet at 509 Fifth Avenue to Kira Plastinina on behalf of The Moinian Group, the leasing of 16,000 square feet at 120 Broadway to Capital Grille, the leasing of 33,500 square feet at 1 River Place to Lucky Strike and the leasing of 20,000 square feet at 529 Fifth Avenue to Best Buy on behalf of Silverstein Properties.
