Alison Lewis is a Senior Managing Director with responsibility for CBRE’s New York Tri-State Region Retail Services Group, as well as all activities relating to the region’s national and global retail business development. She is also a member of CBRE’s national retail management team and spearheads the firm’s urban retail initiative.
Ms. Lewis’ responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day retail operations of CBRE’s seven retail locations throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. She also manages the New York Tri-State Region’s retail brokerage infrastructure, which includes the strategic acquisition of brokerage teams and companies, as well as establishing procedures for cross-market business referrals.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Lewis served as Managing Director for CBRE’s New York City Office Brokerage division. In that capacity, she was responsible for the management and development of CBRE sales professionals through the creation and implementation of tools and training designed to increase sales skills, knowledge and capabilities.
Ms. Lewis has more than 18 years of experience in business development and strategic planning for start-up companies through Fortune 100. She has a diverse business background and has held leadership positions at Time Warner, AT&T, iVillage, Citigroup and others.
