Bradley Burwell is a Senior Associate in CBRE Hotels, specializing in the sales and capitalization of upper-upscale and luxury hotels. Since 2005, Bradley has worked on nearly $500 million of capital market transactions with deals across the United States, in the Caribbean and in Canada.
Prior to joining CBRE | Hotels, Bradley spent approximately two years with Trammell Crow Company’s capital markets group, again focusing on the hospitality sector. Prior to that, he spent two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Hospitality & Leisure Advisory Services working on a plethora of projects across the country including urban and resort hotels, vacation ownership projects, condominium hotels and various other types of resort residential development.
Bradley has an extensive background in the hospitality sector; he has served in various staff and management level capacities at several hotel properties.
