David Gialanella is Executive Vice President, Global Business Development for CB Richard Ellis. He is a member of the New York Tri-State management team responsible for expanding revenues through promoting business development activities, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Gialanella serves as the region’s management team member that focuses on the international aspect of business development. As such, he is actively involved in cross-border business development and client relationship initiatives within Asia and Europe. Mr. Gialanella serves on CBRE’s Occupier Community Development Management Advisory Board and is a member of the New York Tri State’s strategic Planning Committee.
Mr. Gialanella has over twenty years of experience in the real estate and consulting industries. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Gialanella was a senior executive at the global real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield. He was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Board of Directors, Global Management Committee, Executive Committee and European Board of Managers. His responsibilities included running the Global Services Group with operations in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He also had P&L responsibility for the Tri-State Region and headed the firm’s Retail Operations. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Mr Gialanella held various consulting roles with companies such as Fantus & McManis Associates.
Mr. Gialanella holds a BA in History from Seton Hall University, a Masters Degree in City & Regional Planning from Catholic University and an MBA in Finance from Manhattan College.
