Mr. Noel Caban joined our New York City Retail Services team in New York City as a Vice President. In his new role, Mr. Noel Caban will concentrate on broadening and enhancing CBRE’s retail efforts in Harlem, Upper Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
Mr. Noel Caban comes to us from Winick Realty Group in New York, where he served as Associate Director. In that position, he developed and maintained many of the company’s retail client accounts throughout Upper Manhattan and the outer boroughs. While in this role Mr. Caban was responsible for site acquisition, store repositioning, lease negotiations and dispositions of Duane Reade stores in the Bronx and outer boroughs.
Additionally Mr. Caban represented AT&T and Dunkin’ Donuts with their expansion goals into multi-ethnic urban neighborhoods executing over $6 million-plus in gross leases for AT&T Wireless in various store locations and arranged three 15,000-sq.-ft.-plus leases on behalf of Duane Reade. Mr. Caban has worked in the retail sector since his early youth and mixes athorough understanding and knowledge of the outer boroughs markets -- its diversity and variety to deliver value and market opportunities for his clients.
