Manhattan MarketView Reports
Manhattan MarketView reports for Midtown, Midtown South and Downtown are now accessible via CBRE’s Global Knowledge Center, which houses the most comprehensive collection of real estate data from markets around the globe.
To access the Manhattan MarketView reports,
- Visit CBRE’s Global Knowledge Center
- Log in to access the reports:
- CBRE internal users: choose Navigator Users Click Here
- Log in with your Navigator username and password
- External first-time users: click Register Now
- Create an account using your corporate e-mail address
- External returning users: enter case-sensitive e-mail address and password
and click Sign In
- When successfully logged in, choose Manhattan from the local market menu
and click Add
- Narrow your results by selecting a property type (“Office”)
- To select multiple entries, hold down the control key while selecting
- Click Search
- Click the download icon next to the report you’d like to view
- When prompted, choose to either open the document or save it
