The CB Richard Ellis Tri-State Retail Services Group provides tenant representation and real estate consulting to local, national and international retailers. We assist occupiers in securing the premium site, at the right time, in the ideal geography to correspond with their larger business objectives – whether the requirement is a single store or multiple sites for national or international expansion. The Retail Services Team provides the following tenant representation services:

• Lease acquisition and disposition
• Market analysis and feasibility studies
• Strategic site selection and strategy development
• Transaction negotiation
• Financial analysis
• Demographic and mapping services
• Build-out and post-occupancy services
• Mall and shopping center leasing
• Property acquisitions

Our seasoned retail professionals are dedicated to providing powerful market knowledge, flexibility, and hands-on client service. We know the retail business, from product merchandising and assortment, to store design and advertising objectives, to identifying the targeted customer. We are the only real estate services firm with a wholly-owned research subsidiary, which tracks changes in vacancy and availability, sales and lease transactions, completions and new construction permits. We combine this information with raw data on population, employment, demographics and traffic patterns. Through our local relationships and powerful real-time data, we anticipate and overcome real estate challenges, and help clients capitalize on emerging market trends.
