Michael Finn is the Managing Partner of the Syracuse Affiliate office of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. In 1999, Mr. Finn was instrumental in the formation of the Syracuse office. He coordinates all activities including brokerage services, new business development and oversees the internal operations of the office. Mr. Finn began his career in the commercial real estate industry after completing a curriculum in real estate at the University of Colorado. He has experience in leasing and selling office, retail, multi-family, and industrial space. Mr. Finn also has extensive experience in tenant representation.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Finn was the Senior Vice President of Longley Jones Associates, Inc. and was responsible for overseeing the Commercial Brokerage Division of this full service real estate company. Mr. Finn was also responsible for the management and leasing of a number of office buildings, retail strip plazas, and a 200,000 square foot warehouse facility. Mr. Finn also was the tenant representative of a national mortgage company and assisted in the leasing of offices throughout the U.S.
