Clay Medical Center- Mark Rupprecht, CCIM,  brokered the $3,700,000 sale of a 36,000 sq. ft. multi-tenanted medical office building located at 8100 Oswego Road, Liverpool, New York.  The new owner's plan to remodel the building's common areas.

Dey's Centennial Building-The Bank of New York extended its long-term lease of 60,947 sq. ft. of space at Deys Centennial Plaza, 401 South Salina St., Syracuse, New York. Bill Anninos, Senior Broker,  was the exclusive broker.

Furniture Row opens a shopping center in North Syracuse.  Donald French, Senior Broker, brokered the $831,435 sale of 9 acres of land at 5701 E. Taft Road, North Syracuse, New York.  Furniture Row plans to construct a 54,000 sq. ft. retail center that houses four separate home furnishings related stores, including Oak Express and Bedroom Expressions.  This is the only complete Furniture Row Shopping Center in the Syracuse area, though the company operates 330 stores across 31 states.
