CB Richard Ellis was appointed by the courts to sell this 362,000+ sq. ft. industrial building in Vienna, OH. Lou Young represented the court system.

A combination of market knowledge, creativity and persistence, exclusivity was granted to Wendy Heiser to represent Belden Center, a 106,000 sq. ft. mixed use property. A 20,000 square foot call center was placed in majority of the available 32,000 square foot anchor suite.
The US ownership of AstroCosmos Metallurgical wanted to sell their 141,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Wooster, OH and consildate it with their plant in California. They needed approval of final terms and conditions from the corporate parent in France. The Wooster property had a history of environmental issues that were not completely resolved at time property went to the market. Lou Young represented the owners in this sale.
The Owners of the Ball Machinery building in Newton Falls, Ohio, needed to sell the building at the best possible price and terms. This property was an older manufacturing facility and proved to be a marketing challenge. Lou Young represented the owner in the sale of this property.
