CONSTRUCTION PHASES

• The first phase (buildings 3 and 3A) includes construction of two buildings containing approximately 37,000 sq. ft. of retail space in addition to 298 units (758 beds) of student apartments.
• The second phase (building 4A, 4B and the Marketplace building) includes the construction of three buildings containing approximately 52,000 sq. ft. of retail space in addition to the development of 240 “for sale” condominium units.
• The third phase includes construction of building 4C and 18 single-family townhomes for public purchase. Building 4C will contain approximately 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space in addition to 120 “for sale” condominium units. 
• Each of these phases includes the development of additional off street/deck parking garages, as well as provide such amenities as renovated streets, tree-lined sidewalks and additional parks and greenspace.
