As Managing Director and senior local officer, Ken Murawski oversees the real estate services operations for CB Richard Ellis in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. He supervises a team of over 125 employees, including over 30 leasing and sales professionals, as well as the Investment, Asset Services, Project Management, and Portfolio Administration departments. Ken joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in 1995 as the Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in Cincinnati and Dayton. Ken has over 25 years of commercial real estate leasing, sales and management experience.
In addition to Ken’s CB Richard Ellis experience, Ken served as Managing Director of Cincinnati operations for Miller-Valentine and Vice President/Regional Manager for Heitman Financial. Achievements
