In January 2011, Mr. Coven was promoted to Managing Director of Asset Services. Under his direction, the group has become a market leader in the Northeast Ohio/Cleveland/Akron areas.  Mr. Coven was named Director of Asset Services in 2007. CB Richard Ellis manages 10 million SF of commercial, industrial and retail facilities as well as 5 million SF of medical office space in the Cleveland Market for a total of 15 million SF.

Mr. Coven specializes in property management, sales, and leasing in the management, acquisition and disposition of commercial industrial real estate. Since joining CB Richard Ellis in 1999, Mr. Coven has represented both lessors and lessees in the management, acquisition or disposition of over 20 million SF of commercial industrial property. With a combined sale or lease value of more than one billion dollars, Mr. Coven has represented lenders, special servicers and court-appointed receivers in the management of over 2 million SF, including the following clients: AEGON, US Bank, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Capmark, CW Financial, Lincoln Financial, and Delaware Investments.
