Upon joining CB Richard Ellis in 1996, Kevin Malinowski brought over 14 years of experience in business strategic planning and management (Business Process Reengineering – BPR, Total Quality Management – TQM, and Work Flow Analysis) to the Global Corporate Services Group. As Director of Accounts in Cleveland, he has been involved in over 236 acquisition/disposition projects totalling over 3.8 million square feet of space. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Malinowski worked for two Fortune 500 companies performing leading roles in strategic business planning and management, acquisition and mergers, plant planning, construction management, project management, and reengineering.

Mr. Malinowski has created tools and strategies for our national accounts to enhance their profitablility through actively participating at the strategic business unit level for business planning and budgeting. Also, through a clear methodology, he has been successful in working with diverse cross-functional work groups to establish measurable, obtainable goals and then facilitate the implementation, start-up, and documentation of results.
