With over 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Michael Howard is regarded as a very experienced individual in all facets of commercial real estate. During much of his career, Mr. Howard has focused on international companies with the implementation and origination of corporate acquisition and disposition. His analytical skills and knowledge of the industry serves his clients well considering his clear appreciation of necessary processes and documentation required by major corporations.
In 2007, his expertise and creativity called upon him to assist clients in maximizing the value of real estate holdings through sales to investors. This activity in the investment arena, as well as consultative assignments for a self storage REIT, led to an opportunity to create the Self-Storage Group for the Northeastern Region, based in Cleveland, Ohio.
