Robert Redmond is a specialist in corporate real estate, especially in the banking, insurance, medical and legal fields. He has guided the relocation, disposition and acquisition of office space for various organizations. He has also been involved in several significant office building sales.

A member of the distinguished Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Mr. Redmond has served on many national and regional panels covering critical real estate issues. They include: The Buildings Shows in Houston and Cincinnati; Midwest Property Opportunities, Chicago, sponsored by Commercial Property News; and Colliers International Property Consultants, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. He taught the BOMA RPA course entitled "The Marketing & Leasing of Office Space for Property Managers" and has had several articles published.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Redmond served as Director of Office Leasing and Sales for Colliers-Ostendorf Morris, distinguished himself in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and management positions with IBM, and was President of the Cleveland real estate firm, The Kenny Company.
