This corporate campus was originally home to Reliance Electric's corporate headquarters, R&D, and manufacturing. In 1995 Rockwell Automation acquired Reliance Electric and eventually the corporate offices were transformed into Rockwell Automation University, a training facility, while the engineering and manufacturing components at the site continued to operate.
