The Cleveland Technology Center sits atop a fiber optics node and was developed in 2000 as a telecommunications carrier hotel that currently houses four telecommunications tenants in 130,000+/- square feet of telecommunication switch gear.  The out-parcels used as generator farms are positioned adjacent to the building.  Existing infrastructure and amenities include:

Our current telecommunications tenants in the facility offer the following:

supplied by four independent telecommunication providers:

Qwest - OC-192, Nortel, Lucent 760 broadband and Ciena Corestream, as well as access to all telecoms

XO - E5 switch, central office

McLeod USA - OC-48 multi 5E switch, central office

City Net - OC-48, OC-3 and OC-12)

Overabundance of lit and dark fiber available on site

Round-the-clock, manned, on-site security

Closed circuit TV surveillance

All entry points are accessed by card key

Internal passenger and freight elevator access controlled

All building facility systems are tied into a UPS battery back-up and on-site generator
