The Cleveland Technology Center is a telecommunications facility comprised of four adjacent five-story masonry buildings, a 73-car parking lot, and two out-parcels used as generator farms. All buildings are situated on approximately 3.7 acres of land.
The buildings are serviced by one freight and two passenger elevators, and are accessed by two recessed truck docs and one ground level drive-in door. Buildings range in age from 25 to 85 years old.
