Brooke Benedict is a national Client Services Coordinator for CBRE Hotels, where she focuses on marketing collateral for brands such as Hilton, Wyndham and Marriott. Professional Experience Prior to her position as Client Services Coordinator for CBRE Hotels, Brooke was a marketing coordinator for the Columbus, Ohio office of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). Brooke was responsible for a variety of communications, including brochures, e-marketing, web pages, professional bios and profiles, press releases, advertising materials and public relations for over 120 real estate professionals. She also ensured that corporate guidelines and standards were continuously met.
In her previous roles at CBRE, Brooke was part of the Greiner-Pelok-McNulty team, which focused on the sale and leasing of office properties. As Project Administrator, she was responsible for the business management within the team, as well as marketing projects and presentations.
Brooke was also a member of the Mazzocco-Pasquella team in the CB Richard Ellis Chicago office, where she provided direct support to large corporate clients such as Kodak, RR Donnelley & Sons and Schneider Electric, while specializing in office and industrial market projects and presentations. In this capacity, Brooke coordinated the flow of information between producers, field offices, support staff and clients. Achievements
