In October of 2010, Ms. Zember joined the Research Department as a Research Coordinator.  Bringing with her 10 years of experience as a sales agent in the Retail Services Department, Christine now assists all lines of business with a focus on the Industrial and Retail markets.  Her current responsibilities include market analysis, tracking and reporting market statistics, interpretation of market trends, and maintenance of historical data.

Ms. Zember joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 as the Client Services Specialist for the Retail Services Department.  Christine spearheaded all market research, presentation/proposal facilitation, and creation/distribution of all marketing and promotional materials for the retail department.  In 2002 she obtained her real estate sales license within the State of Ohio.  From 2002-2010 she specialized in lease dispositions and acquisitions of retail properties, representing and assisting both landlords and tenants with site selection, lease negotiation, and market and financial analysis.

Prior to her position with CB Richard Ellis, Christine worked for Abbott Laboratories, Ross Products Division, as a Marketing Analyst in the adult nutritional department.  There she was responsible for tracking market trends and creating pricing standards for designated regions.
