Ms. Zember joined CB Richard Ellis in 2001 as the Client Services Specialist for the Retail Services Department.  Christine spearheads all market research, presentation/proposal facilitation, and creation/distribution of all marketing and promotional materials for the retail department.  As a licensed agent within the State of Ohio, she also specializes in lease dispositions and acquisitions of retail properties.  Representing both landlords and tenants, she has a great deal of experience with site selection, lease negotiation, and market and financial analysis.

Prior to accepting her position with CB Richard Ellis, Christine worked for Abbott Laboratories, Ross Products Division, as a Marketing Analyst in the adult nutritional department.  There she was responsible for tracking market trends and creating pricing standards for designated regions.
