Mr. Thomas is a first vice president for the Columbus office of CB Richard Ellis.  He focuses primarily on the leasing and sale of office space in the Columbus Central Business District.  Greg has averaged 50 transactions per year over the last five years.  He has also been honored during seven of the last ten years as one of CBRE Columbus’ Top Producers.

Greg began his commercial real estate career with Mathews Click & Associates in 1986, which was later acquired by CBRE in June 1998.  In the last 24 years, Greg has leased nearly 17 million square feet of office space.  His most recent major lease transactions include representing Safelite Auto Glass (182,000 square feet) and Mid-Ohio Regional Planning (27,000 square feet).
