As a Vice President for the Columbus office of CB Richard Ellis, Mr. McNulty focuses on client representation, as well as the selling and leasing of industrial space in multiple markets.  Mike has gained a keen knowledge of all aspects of industrial transactions and negotiations as well as the intricacies of the current environmental, seismic, fire/life/safety and building regulations that are integral to closing a successful transaction.

Mike's penchant for hard work, professionalism, and deep understanding of his clients and their business needs have led to successful real estate transactions for companies both large and small, including Techneglas, General Motors, Cardinal Health, Fifth Third Bank, NetJets, Elmer's Products, and Levi Strauss and Co.  Since joining CB Richard Ellis, he has finalized over 585 sales and leasing transactions totaling over $500,000,000 in consideration. 

Driven by his passion for excellence and fueled by his broad market knowledge, Mike received the Columbus Board of Realtors “Most Unique C/I Transaction” Award in 2006.  He was also named one of CB Richard Ellis’ Top Five Producers for 2000.  Prior to working at CBRE, Mike served as the owner of a general construction company.
