As a Vice President for CB Richard Ellis Columbus, Mr. McNulty focuses on client representation, as well as the selling and leasing of industrial and office space in multiple markets.  Mike has a keen knowledge of all aspects of commercial property transactions and negotiations as well as the intricacies of the current environmental, seismic, fire/life/safety and building regulations that are integral to closing a successful transaction.

Mike's penchant for hard work, professionalism, and deep understanding of his clients and their business needs have led to successful real estate transactions for companies both large and small, including Techneglas, General Motors, Cardinal Health, Fifth Third Bank, NetJets, Elmer's Products, and Levi Strauss and Co.  Since joining CB Richard Ellis, he has finalized over 626 sales and leasing transactions totaling over $550,000,000 in consideration.
