Robert Click is the Senior Managing Director for the Columbus (Central Ohio) office. In this capacity, Rob oversees the activities of all of the business units, including Brokerage, Corporate Services, Real Estate Management, Leasing and Construction/Project Management. Mr. Click’s previous responsibilities while with CB Richard Ellis have included leadership of the Central Region for Asset Services (representing over 100 million square feet in fifteen markets), development and leadership of the Strategic Accounts Group (a team of real estate professionals located in New York, Chicago and Southern California, dedicated to coordinating, promoting and maintaining business activities between CB Richard Ellis and the firm’s most sizable institutional ownership clients representing over 100 million square feet of office, industrial and retail investment), as well as acquisition and disposition of several offices. Mr. Click currently serves on the Eastern Division Executive Committee and CBRE 401K committee.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Click was Executive Vice President and Co-Chairman of Columbus, Ohio-based Mathews Click & Associates, which was acquired by CB Richard Ellis on June 1, 1998. Mathews Click & Associates was the largest independently owned property management and brokerage firm in Columbus with offices in Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis and Charleston, West Virginia.
Mr. Click’s experience as an owner of office, multi-family and hotel properties, as well as other related businesses provides an extensive knowledge base with which to service the clients of CB Richard Ellis.
