Mr. Kirk is currently representing more than 1.5MM square feet of retail properties in and around the Central Ohio market. His duties as a Landlord Representative include the creation and implementation of marketing plans as well as all phases of the lease negotiation process. Zac also has extensive experience in the disposition of both freestanding buildings and in-line strip centers and representing relocating tenants. In addition, he assists buyers and developers looking for investment opportunities.
