CB Richard Ellis’ Private Client Group represented Wrightwood Capital in the sale of Northeast Business Campus, a 199,512 square-foot, six-building, mixed-use business park. Wrightwood Capital selected the Private Client Group to represent them because of their expertise and the extensive network of CB Richard Ellis investment sales specialists across the country.

South Campus Gateway is a dynamic blend of urban retail, office space, entertainment, apartments and parking, serving one of the nation's largest collegiate markets adjacent to The Ohio State University. This is a decade-long signature project to improve the quality of life in the urban neighborhoods known collectively as the University District. Campus Partners, the developer, has spearheaded the neighborhood planning and revitalization efforts. Campus Partners employed CB Richard Ellis to manage Gateway since its opening.

Central Park of Gahanna is a 191 acre business campus.  Fully developed, it will host 1.2 million square feet of office buildings, a Golf Academy with lighted 9-hole executive golf course and driving range, an open air meeting pavilion, walking trails, a conference center and retail.
